One such customer is Kevin from Perth pictured above with New Mitsubishi Sales Consultant John Dillon and Kevin's new Mitsubishi Pajero ACTiV Limited Edition. This is the 11th Pajero Kevin had owned, having first been provided with one as a company vehicle several years ago. When the time came for Kevin to purchase a vehicle, he knew there was no contender to the Pajero.
In early 2009, Kevin was passing through Bunbury and happened to stop by to look at what Bunbury Auto Group had to offer. Having spent just 10 minutes with long serving team member John Dillon, Kevin decided to purchase his 10th Pajero from Bunbury Mitsubishi rather than wait until his return to Perth. A few days ago I took position of a new Pajero Active after trading my Subaru. As a result of the great service I received, I felt I should jot down a few words in an email to let you know.
I walked into Mitsubishi having never been in there before and I was greeted by John Dillon. From this point on he did an exceptional job to swiftly get me a test drive, put together a quote, negotiate the deal and finally deliver the car. At all stages of this process the customer service was to an exceptionally high standard, he kept me informed every few days with a phone call regarding the progress and most of all I have left feeling that I have got a great deal.
My company can purchase anywhere from 1 to 4 cars per year (3 this year already) depending on the contracts we have underway. Whilst in the past we have only ever bought Nissan Navaras, such is my satisfaction of Johns service, we will without a doubt consider your Triton Dual Cabs in the future.
Thought this was worthy to communicate as being in business myself we generally only ever hear from customers when something goes wrong – I just thought that this quick email was the least I could do to communicate my satisfaction regarding my first experience in dealing with your company. Not only did he let us take our time, when we chose to downgrade our vehicle, he was still genuinely interested in helping us. He also encouraged us to take the car out for a test drive, which I would not normally do until it was insured in my name, and even gave us the option to put our infant carseat in so we could all go at once.
It is refreshing and rare to have such great customer service and to leave a car dealership feeling valued.
